73 disk questions.
Wheel studs are press in, I don't recall the exact diameter for the shank. RockAuto lists Raybestos 7022b as the replacement for the 73+ disk studs, which has a .620 knurl.
The stock calipers used a line that had a brass block on the end of the line with a banjo bolt. The original block sits against a lip on the caliper so it won't rotate and the line keeps the intended angle

From DoctorDiff. Notice the banjo on his lines has a squared off end on it so it fits the caliper similar to stock, a round banjo would let the line spin
