How can I remove wood grain overlay
Heat gun, hair dryer like what was suggested, be careful. If your overlay is in good shape, I would just cover over it. What I am going to do is cover mine with vinyl film, get this at any sign shop or order it online. The vinyl film pictured here is called, “Bravo Burl”, I like the looks. There are other textures and colors, many, many, others designs.
