Yep, without seeing it on person it needs a few thousand in paint and body ( if it can be spotted in) $1500 in seat covers, carpet, and door panels. I would have to change wheels. The price is pretty reasonable for the car and condition. They go for $30's done.
It may not need anything to just drive and enjoy. Your ‘66 needs a lot of those same things to be perfect, yet you still drive it and have fun with it.
Don’t impose perfection on top of enjoyment or you may never achieve either.
