Is this Duster overpriced?

IF this "dealer" dos not know if the engine is original, then what does it mean for him to think the mileage is correct!!???? Condition of the car is first thing, #'s engine is great, BUT IF not it is not the end of the world. Few muscle cars still actually have their original drivetrain.
