Just an introduction

A rebuild to the 408 bumping compression to 13.5: and maxing out heads was run on the dyno where it ended in an ugly pile of parts. #8 rod locked up and destroyed just about everything in the 360 block breaking the oil pump and cracking the rear main cap.
Last year i decided to put together a 400 block i had laying around. I'm guessing 100lbf tq and 100hp better than the pump gas 408. So, i will be hanging here more often from this point on. Thanks

if you looked around here for a long time I'm pretty sure you know how things work. If you have thin skin and can't take any kind off comment then you might as well say hello and goodbye now. You'll be gone in a minute if you get your feelings hurt way too easily. I like your car. And I hope you stay. J par

I was on moparts for 15+ yrs. I think the crowd is tough over there. This site is dasile in comparison.

Glad to hear it! Actually I thought your comment was directed that me giving famous Bob some s***. Damn it that's fine the site pisses me off or any kind of texting or communication.
I'm usually bored and messing with people but not to the point to really really piss them off. Also I know some s***. Enough to be more than just a little dangerous LOL

Well you know how it is then being on a forum for many years. You've covered everything dozens of times or most things at any rate. Then sometimes entertainment comes along in the form o of laughing at the stupidity and ignorance. Speaking of which the real stupidity and ignorance is always in full bloom on a political part of the Forum. Car Guys arguing about stuff they see on the news, hear and read on the internet LOL
Honestly though I do sincerely like helping people when I can. And Trust You me I've been given plenty of extremely valuable advice. actually beyond that I've actually had people send me parts that I use on my car. It's a Wonderful community and I would do the same. I help people locally restore their cars.

Sweet! Only problem i see here is, i will need to update my pc. This site loads slow.
