Got the left front fender off my scamp yesterday and has never been off before, went well no rusty bolts. The car was undercoated when new and it sure saved the old girl.
It was worth spending the extra money and getting a car in nice shape, the door jambs are like new and not going to have to strip the paint off.

That is good news. You just never know what you're getting yourself into when doing a resto. You never know what the previous owner did to it before sending it down the road. Body filler and paint can hide a ton of problems. I always take a magnet with me when checking out a car. Have a great day buddy.
