It can get a little confusing and I haven't spent the time to do the math yet.
When Voltage has two numbers.
IIRC the first is the voltage used for luminescence and power draw, the second for lifespan.
Unfortunately Don's Bulbs website is down (closed business) because it had all the details on obsolete as well as current bulbs.
Math is needed to see if two bulbs are comparible when they have different rating voltages.
For example 1157 are generally used to replace 1034. Comparison is easy because they were both rated at the same voltage. If I read it correctly, 1157 will draw a little more current but last longer, same brightness. Go figure. I
think turn signal is on the other element so blink rate won't be effected.
