Got a stainless coffee tumbler that doesnt suck. 7 bucks. Item 64100.. Holds an honest "4 cups" from a coffee maker or about 24oz? Warning label says "caution, liquid stays hot for hours" well, maybe not hours but im on 1:15 and its just a little cooler than it was after brewing. Has nice clear o-ringed top so you can see whats left.

Oh yeah, the plastic top has a smooth radiused lip and a good fit. No nasty casting flash right where you could feel it.

Wow, even HF is jacking up the price of their travel mugs because of the "Yeti factor".

Amazing how a few months after the $30 Yeti's hit the market, all the $4 mugs at wal-mart and everywhere else were suddenly $12 and up.

Maybe I wasn't looking, but I never saw those type of mugs at Wal Mart, or HF before Yeti came out.

been around since at least the 1990's

You do realize we've found lead in CHinese stainless, right?

I have several of the Walmart ones (ozark trail) and one of the artic brands ones I cannot tell a difference between them.I have never had one of the yeti ones I refuse to pay twice as much for the same thing. I have two of the 40 ounce ones probably 5 of the 24 ounce ones and a 8 ounce ones. My only complaint is if you want your coffee in a hurry ( like I like to drink all of min on my way to work because I'm not allowed to take it in) it keeps it way to hot way too long. Here is a custom one my wife made for me (she makes the decals not the cups lol)

I have all three. Yeti, (I didn't buy it. Gift) RTIC and Ozark Trail. All seem to work the same. Had the same problem with the coffee before I retired. I'd put in an ice cube or two to get it drinkable.

That's a great idea I will have to start doing that.

If I use a regular mug, my coffee is gulpable in 15 minutes. This kept it hot until 9AM, 2 hours. I like it, now have your wife make us Yeti 1 color Formula S badge stickers! Ill pay her.......Whoa, '69 is even better!

If I go to McD’s for coffee, I ask for a cup of ice too. Man, their coffee is hot. I want my coffee now, not in 30 minutes.
"...Although a New Mexico civil jury awarded $2.86 million to plaintiff Stella Liebeck, a 79-year-old woman who suffered third-degree burns in her pelvic region when she accidentally spilled hot coffee in her lap after purchasing it from a McDonald's restaurant, ultimately Liebeck was only awarded $640,000..." She should have gotten $0.00. Duh! Coffee is hot.

I'm not a knock off kind of person but I often bring my coffee into the job and toss my but in my tool bucket when to ished. I couldn't spend 30$ on a mug to treat it like that. I bought a big Ozark trail and had wife make me a jeep sticker. It works goid, the finish is pretty tough too. She bought me a smaller yeti as a gift one year, it's great but, then she bought me a Starbucks that is very similar but definitely not the same thing. Somehow that Starbucks cup keeps the coffee way too hot.

It reminds me of this thermos mug my wife bought me before these fancy yeti were out, it cost yeti I money back then, and that mug if I kept coffee in it, it would still be warm for my coffee break, nearly 4 hours after making it. I still have that mug. I don't know exactly what is different about those 2 but it's pretty crazy.
