Rick, personally, I would get the correct one, they are available. Likely going to run you around $150 bucks for everything. They do re-pop all of the Z-bar versions, I have seen them recently on e-bay,like Mopar had manufactured, but they do not come with the inside ball/pivot/seal components, sold separately for even more $$. Those ball/pivot/seal 'kits' usually run around $60. On the flip side of that, I have fabricated parts for decades. A lot can be done with a die grinder/torch/welder. I'm sure you will do the right thing.
