Stop in for a cup of coffee

Im at the point that I've had it with my job.. I need something new, but the thought of starting over with 18+ years under my belt at the same place is not what I want to do.. Really its the fact, that all around my area, prior coworkers, are now running most of the depts. and no matter where I go its the "good-ol-boys club". I need to move out state, but that is tough because those jobs rarely come available.
