I did it for several reasons. One of which was the 90 percent travel. I have two young kids. I'm not gonna take a job where I'm home just three - six days a month. There were several things that factored into that decision, but to be honest, the travel requirement was the biggest part.

The second part is, knowing my boss, I trust him when he says he's got a role for me in place once I get my MBA. My company is actually really good about promoting and such from within. So I'm gonna sit tight for the next ten months
