Not cold yet Biff can get to -40* C here with no wind. at that temp you can throw a cup of hot coffee in the air and not one drop will hit the ground. If and when it get's that cold I will send you a video.
Yes I’ve heard of that, it may on the coldest day get to -10 mabey once. It a was 8 deg today sun with a bit of clouds worked in a tee shirt and coveralls nice for working. No rain was a bonus !
