1973 Duster & Dart Sport 340 SUNROOF cars

I have a 73 Dart Sport 340 with the factory sunroof. The car did not have a fender tag when I purchased it. Automatic A/C Power steering originally.

I would be in for one too, but also would like one without the divets so it can be mounted underneath. I am not sure how many people are in yet or not, and also not sure who to send payment when it is necessary. Please provide us with some final direction when you are able.Thanks
 
i have a 1973 duster v21 hood treatment i need to know about that is it paint or scoops or both it has n52 maual sunroof c73 space saver fold down seat tx9 black car buckets 4 speed car
 
Hi I have a 73 duster 340 with sunroof and space duster option.I bought it in 2010 at a swap meet and sent it home to New Zealand.Its petty blue 340 auto,disc brake,bucket seat console car
 
I haven’t heard anything in a long time. Maybe this will spark some more interest. Unfortunately, Mopar didn’t keep good data past the 72 models.
 
I have a 75 dart sport canopy sunroof 318 4speed car. I am really curious to know how many of those were made.

She’s no longer original. The numbers matching 340 was pulled out at 59,000 miles and a Blown R3 was dropped in. Since then (2013 to now) I put maybe 3,000 miles on her.

The original 340 is still around though, hiding under the work bench in the shop

Very sweet. I’m thinking of modifying mine as I start the restoration. I hate to mess with a numbers car, but 73’s may not matter much.

You mean like mine? ‘73 340 4 Speed Dart Sport with the Conver-Triple package, A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes, Vinyl Top (was removed before I got the car), Rear Defogger, AM/FM Radio, etc

Figured you might like that. That picture was taken the day I bought it.

Sadly I’ve had it for about 12 years now and all I’ve mamaged to do was track down a windshield (missing when I bought it) and a date coded A833 for it, because some knucklehead in the past thought it’d be really cool to throw away the 833 and put a column shifted 904 in it for drag racing. Fortunately it still had the numbers matching 340 in it.

One of these days I’ll actually repaint it and put the 833 in and drive it.

It came with most of the 4 Speed stuff in boxes (minus the transmission), a spare dash (because someone cut the factory dash for a CD player) and some other odds and ends. Not long after I got it, I swapped out the stock hood for the one from my other ‘73 340 Dart Sport Sunroof Car (Automatic for my Blue ‘73)

I have a 73 f5e red slant 6 car with sunroof. It's getting a 408 dropped in soon.

I have a 73 scamp factory sun roof that even works, 318 car. Not on face book but does it count?
 
I have a 73 duster fe5 red, 340 4 speed with sunroof. All numbers match. At some point it will get restored. Glad to see this thread moving again.

I have been looking for one like this to restore. Just passed on one that had the ENTIRE roof rusted out. But if you come across one like this for sale, ping me.....
