OMG, Im getting so pissed at this contractor.. They had instructions from the city inspector to contact me to resolve the issue with my house. They sent me a text message on the last day of the final notice saying he was going to call the inspector to find out what was going on. So today I send him a message asking him why he has not contacted me as the letter from the inspector said he was supposed to. He replies back telling me to talk to him with respect, and he is trying to remedy the situation but doesnt want to give me bad or no info. I reply back saying that I've been nothing but patient and respectful through this entire project, which was supposed to be done in Sept. I also mentioned speaking of respect I expect an in person discussion regarding my house with him and his supervisor and not over a text message as that is very disrespectful and unprofessional. So he replies back saying he will set up a meeting next week and that he is looking forward to it.. Pampas ***!
I've got a huge list of all the problems I've had to fix on the house myself, so I will be deducting that off of the top of what we owe them. Let alone all of the stuff that still is not done on the house.. Im so sick and tired of dealing with them, and I also feel Im going to lose or end up in court
