Plug and play - Headlight Relay Kits

im interested in getting this but im not a super wiz at wiring lol so can somebody simplify and tell me what exactly it does to make your headlights brighter lol? and what would be a good bulb upgrade to run with it? and can i get something similar to the new dodge challenger headlights with the rings?
