New Lakewood Traction Bars

Does this fit Mopar Springs and shackles?
I say this because I have a pair of Lakewood that neither are long enough or deep enough to go over top of the Mopar shackles nor are they long enough to actually go all the way to the end of the spring. They would actually push on the spring in a place that would make things worse.
