I wipe it down before and after I wet sand. He wipes it down before he paints. Going to do something different this time. I'm sure the old guy will have a plan.
Just got back from the shop. He used a high filler primer on it. Put on three heavy coats.
The fish eye is on the lower section of the dash, and isn't too bad.
He said now I block sand it with 400, take out the fish eye, wipe it down, and then he sprays a clear coat on it.
Paints it after it dries. Says it will turn out right.
