Precision vs timkin bearings

I replace a lot of bearing and race sets in equipment for my line of work and many have boxes that say- country of origin” is one place and the bearing cone and bearing race are stamped made in Mexico, China, Twiwan- etc, Etc. How this is happing I don’t know.
I buy from Bearing Distributors a commercial bearing supply company and even they can’t explain why box says one thing but product says another.
