That reminds me of back when I worked at DuPont. We were doing emission testing on the roof of the nylon plant and those kinds of signs were everywhere.
The day after we were up on that roof, a pressure relief valve blew and coated half the body of another worker who was standing near the vent in 300* C liquid nylon. They had to literally jack hammer him free from the roof to Medevac chopper him to the nearest burn trauma center 90 miles away.
He lived for 3 weeks before succumbing to the injuries.
