Trying to figure out which 340 electronic ignition to get

I am getting dizzy looking at Electronic Ignition set ups for my 340. I have a 69 Barracuda with a moderately modified 340 (about 375 HP) and a 4 speed. It has a Mopar Performance Electronic Ignition Kit that is about 25 years old. I have noticed that it is not running as well as it used to. Not quite as much power. It am a pretty good mechanic, and I have deduced it to be ignition related. I thought I would just replace my ignition system with another Mopar Performance Electronic system, but they are evidently no longer made. So I thought about a complete MSD kit. I called and a tech guy recommended 65243 black 6AL Ignition box, 85345 black distributor, 8222 coil, and 32749 spark plug wires). However, I have these problems / questions. The spark plug wires are straight boot, but my 340 has headers, and the boots and/or wires on cylinders 5 and 7 will hit the # 3 cylinder header pipe. The tech guy assures me that the boots will bend up to 45 degrees, but the description does not mention that. Plus, the coil he recommended does not look like it will match up with the recommended spark plug wires. I do not want to run one of the HEI based systems I have seen advertised. Does anyone have any MSD or Mopar Performance ignition experience.
