1972 340 OEM intake manifold and complete Thermoquad carb core
I have for sale a 1972 340 intake manifold and Thermoquad carb. The intake manifold is casting # 3614025 with a casting date of 11-2-71. I would think that the date is November 2, 1971 which would make it an early to mid 1972 model year intake. That and the casting number being a 1972 only would lead me to believe that it’s definitely a 1972 intake. The carb is a Thermoquad #6139SA which would make it for an automatic trans application. The date code is 212 which I think is the 21st week of 1972. The intake has been cleaned and a coat of primer has been put on it. The factory color was blue but I figured that whoever bought this intake would want to paint it the color of their choice. The carb is being sold as a rebuildable core. All the parts on the carb move freely and it is complete. I am also including a return spring bracket, choke well and new gasket for the choke well. I would like to get $200 for everything plus the shipping.
