When you look at the all in price not so much different. Even with the kits you have a lot of 2nd and 3rd tier costs that no one ever adds to the "cost" of the kit. If you look close at pix down on frame rail you will see the coil packs. And yes they are LS ! No distributor at all ! Had to make crank trigger and a couple other sundry parts. There is enough you tube and forum material you can sort out the how to relatively easy. Biggest issue for me was sorting out kick down! It self learns and has made the car way more consistent than I am. I initially had a serious issue with breaking loose on big end going into third. You can readily see it on the laptop. With old setup I would have been messing with rear suspension etc etc. to solve. Simply put I think the new EFI kits are amazing and as long as you get a good one you are fine regardless of brand. The-positive change in my E body as a result is what drove me to stuff a gen three in an old Demon I have. I have a seperate build thread with a bunch of pix for that build here on FABO. I try not to focus on the E body on this forum as it is FABO! And most of the E body forums are dominated by purists so my hybrid Cuda is of little interest. It has a 70 nose, 71 sides and 73 tailights! Roll bar and EFI. I wish I had a dollar for every time I take it to a car show and had to answer how could you do that to a Cuda.
