Stop in for a cup of coffee

It must be some strong stuff because my Doc would only prescribe one a year, and he really didn't like it when I was using them a couple years in a row. Something about building up a resistance to the antibiotic.

I'm not much for taking pills right away and that is one of the reasons...

I get good results with natural 'remedies' most of the time... If they don't work after a few days, then I try taking pills...

My FIL was a doctor that specialized in cardiology and internal medicine... He always had a pill for whatever was bothering you... He had pills at home in 5 different bins in his basement storage room with samples organized from A to Z... The drug reps used to give him cases of free samples to hand out to patients to get them started on their prescriptions... If we needed something, we would just go to his house and he would give us whatever we needed... He lived only 2 blocks away from us in Detroit...

One time when my oldest son was about 4 or 5 years old, we were down at their house and the FIL heard my son sniffling and said, "Let me give you something for that"...

My son replied in a stern voice, "Grandpa, Robetussin tastes like a shoe"....
