A Body Owner Again!
I heard the original smaller CID short stroke slants were pretty rev happy engines because of the way they were designed. However because the bore centers were figured for those size engines, and chrysler needed to increase engine size, the cheapest way was to raise the deck height to make a long stroke 225. That kinda killed the rev happiness of the 170. Is that kinda the route your going with it? If with a short stroke smaller high revving slant, maybe a turbo is in order?
