Stop in for a cup of coffee

I walk 5 miles a day....walking my older dog, Happy.....
Oh this one is a cardio challenge.
They run us playing the ball in (no serves) and play until you lose a point.
Win you stay but move to the other side of the court you won on...winners side.
Lose move to the next court over with a 10-15 second break.
Lose on the last court run back to the first court and start over.
We stop every 30 minutes to pick up balls and then back at it.
Class is an hour and a half.
Its a workout for sure.
