Wisconsin Rapids Torsion Bar Help

Hello out there,

I am searching for anyone in the Wisconsin Rapids, WI area that has experience changing torsion bars. My dad is looking for a hand changing them out on his 1969 Barracuda or at least some good direction. We have been reading up on line (and here) but someone local who has done it would be best.
