Stop in for a cup of coffee

I hit the thread on the mustang build. In my mind that is a perfect example of many car show enthusiasts. Last year at Mopars in the Park I was trying to solve some tough questions on my build and was scrounging for similiar type issues and solutions. I found a couple of examples and when I spoke to both individuals they just shrugged when asked and stated "I don't really know I just wrote a check" In my humble opinion that is why I love this sight and forum. The folks on here try and do as absolute much on their car as they can by themselves. We all utilize outside sources for this or that but by and large sort it out ourselves. By same token if my checkbook was fat I would likely do the same thing and would not have caught myself on fire yesterday under the dash! This Forum rocks and it motivates me every single day. Nothing says comradare like reading about someone else getting pissed off and frustrated at their car.
Rant complete!
I believe that was who he said he went to.

My mistake was assuming he was actually autocrossing the car. I really don't understand why folks put all that money into modifying a car and then not trying it out. That's just me. Obviously I'm in the minority, by a long shot! That's OK. It makes people happy and helpd the economy. thumbs_up-gif.gif 15 years ago there was no 'protouring', so about the only guys doing stuff like this were guys competing or doing track days or such. As usual, I'm livin in the past. laugh2-gif.gif
