shots from the garage...

Went out to the shed and un packed trans parts..... and they sent a L/R band.... now the item description for the 2 kick down band available plainly states, “grooved for steel drum” and “non grooved for aluminum drum”.... I chose the “non” grooved even though I run a steel drum. That’s what was in it, I’ll stick with it. The receipt says “904 L/R solid band smooth red”.... uhhhh what?? The 904 lr band is NOT solid.... ever. It’s a split wrap design..... and this part description doesn’t match their web site description either. I guess I have a new spare l/r band and I’ll try to get the CORRECT band coming Monday. This pretty much relieves me of all pressure of making that test weekend in Vegas :)
