What non-stock seats are you using?

And how did you mount them ...

Let's see um...
These are from Chrylser convertible - made fairly easy brackets. Currently bought some factory buckets that I will be putting in although I thought these would have worked very well - Have since got factory console as well

2010 Kia Soul. Minor modifications to the Kia mounts to make them fit. Very very comfortable.

What kind of chrysler convertible, like a sebring, maybe a lebaron?
What year was it?
Those seats look pretty good

Outside I was able to use existing tracks - inside I had to make an aluminium bracket on the front of each track as my car was bench seat and there was no raised angled pad. Car is not here currently I am having new quarter panels installed so I am unable to take pictures - sorry

One member on here is using 07-09 mustang seats in his demon. I don't remember the user name but they look really good.

Used seats very similar to those. Except mine came out of an 87 turbo chrysler le baron. Bolstering is more pronounced.

Could be as I did not note other than Chrysler convertible. They were decent seats and cost $10 each so I just grabbed them. I had the back seat also hoping to take upholstery and use on original back seat but it was much smaller and was unable to do so. I was looking on line to see if I could find anything close

96 sebring Front and rear for my convertible. (wife wanted seatbelts. I wanted power)
the rears were a bit squished at the armrest to the top so I peeled back the cloth and shaved 1/2" per side and re glued it after this picture.

the hump alteration so I could use the seat

the front seat fab. I also made 2 new inner under the car stiffener pads so that the seat wouldn't pull through the sheet metal. I forgot how messy it was since I had just ran out of gas and went to flux core , YUK!

they do sit in there pretty good and are comfortable. (had a 97 sebring for a couple years when I was traveling for work. good ride and ok for long trips.

Just scored both buckets and the rear seat for the fabric so I can get the rear recovered to match out of a 2016 Ford Focus with 20k miles, no wear visible on the drivers seat....$48 at Pick n Pull

I found nice set of stock seats (68-69) so I will be switching over. I will sell these with tracks and aluminum adapter/brackets for $ 50 if anyone can use them for their project. I live in Minnesota - only feel worth it if you are located close - shipping is crazy high nowadays. Just testing waters as the drivers seat is with the car at body shop and would not be available for month or two.

Best regards,

Bryan
