I replaced the wires, soldered and re-taped the length. Problems solved. Guess they didnt notice speaker wasnt working either.

I had a new experience with the RAM yesterday. I forgot my upbringing and wasn't paying attention to my open door in the 30mph winds. Wind catches door, slams it against the open side stops, electric door locks lock. Has me a little concerned there might be a wiring issue in that door harness.
