Big Thanks To Auto Custom Carpets / UPS Sucks

I want everyone to know this is a stand up company . I ordered 10 yards of carpet for 2 jobs I'm doing , keep in mind I've ordered from them for years without issue . They ship UPS and it seemed like the package was late so I had them track the package and found it was at the local depot with a message to check back later . The package arrived the next day damaged and over sized . I knew by the weight of the box there was a problem . Somewhere along the way my package was opened , carpet removed and a chin spoiler for some unknown vehicle was placed in the box and taped back together . ACC starts a claim with UPS and I was suppose to be contacted , the next thing I know is I have a call tag on my door . I met the UPS driver the next day and the driver already knew what happened and said the've had a lot of problems like this with the Christmas help and still no call from UPS . ACC calls to let me know my carpet is being shipped back to them because it was refused twice . What? I realized later that day the chin spoiler I received was being sent back to ACC . The package arrived and I was informed the UPS rep was going to inspect the package and make a decision . I got a call the next day and was told the claim was denied because the carpet was shipped in an unapproved container (BS) . ACC ended up crediting my account and reshipping the carpet , so when you order carpet for your cars please keep these people in mind . Never did get a phone call from UPS . What a POS company
