Stop in for a cup of coffee

Those CSI surveys are quite important. There has been a lot of Service Advisors loose their jobs over low scores. I would contact the dealer service manager or service director and have a chat before filling out a survey.
O I know. Have a 2017 80 grand truck,, 32K miles on it. Loud whine from rear axle, all over the WEB same issue from factory, made me pay for burned fluid, and it was low. Was not even close to be checked under service interval, Over 200 dollars to "fix". And it is not repaired. Surprise! 2 out of 5 this visit.
