Great News Mopar Battery Turbostart

In fairness to all,
In regards to the battery in question if it was manufactured by Turbostart OR Antique Auto would it not have a part number, serial number, production code, date code to identify it? This would put that aspect of it to bed. This is some what of an one sided debate because antique Auto has not been able to add their comments or concerns on this topic.
That said and moving forward on this subject If the in question battery was in fact manufactured by Turbostart (at any time) and knowing that the original company has changed hands I offer up that possibly Marcus could contact Johnny dart privately and work out something between them self’s (Something off on a future purchase?) in good faith as a company that is asking our fellow FABO members to buy their product. This type of consumer relationship could go a long way in building trust in a new product and reborn corporation. Many of the fellow members on here are also attendees / exhibitors at places like PRI and SEMIA and local car shows would look forward to having a good working relationship with any supplier to the collector car industry.
On a another note in post 35 clarification was asked on “terms and conditions” the Turbostart Collector car line. Is it possible to post them here or add them to your website? If possible can you please answer the question Johnny asked in post #42?
As always if I have misstated anything please feel free correct me.

Absolutely , He can reach out to me Message me on here or email us at turbostart ill work something out with him on a new one when they arrive. As for the #35 clarification . you pay shipping to us if its a manufacturer defect we will cover the shipping back on the new one. but if the battery is a end users issue they can pay shipping back if they want the battery back. Here is the warrant card that comes in the box.

Warranty: Turbostart products carry a 60 day money back satisfaction guarantee and a 1 year free
replacement warranty. Turbostart will refund the full product purchase price less any freight or other
charges of the original invoice if a warranty claim is issued within the first 60 days of the purchase date.
Turbo Start will replace or exchange manufacturer defective products if a warranty claim is issued within
1 year of the original purchase date. All returns must have an RGA number issued from the warranty
department prior to return of the product for testing and inspection. Any physical damage or abuse is
not covered under this warranty. If after inspection the product fails from a manufacturer defect and the
claim is within 1 year of the original purchase date, TurboStart will replace the product for free. If this
occurs in the first 60 days of the original purchase date TurboStart will replace or repair the product or
offer a full refund for the purchased price of the product.
As far as #42 question. I have no ideal how they made there battery . So we use our technology in all of ours with our engineer.
And I don't have access to the old files so if they serial numbered theirs I wouldn't have a way to access it . Either way I will help him out just reach out and lets see what we can figure out.
