Quick release steering wheel: 1974 Plymouth Duster

I have one. Mine just welds to the end of the shaft. You may have to extend the shaft a bit for use with a colum. Also not sure how you'd get turn signals to work. (I dont have turn signals) Not sure as I dont run a steering column. I run just a colapasable shaft.
