To me trickle charging is under 2 amps.
Basically what this charger was doing here:
When I was leaving that evening it was conditioning, whatever that really means.
The next day it was simply holding the battery at 13.4 Volts but no current was flowing.
Dunno? Says its controlled but also says its got three current settings.
