That looks vaguely familiar..... although mine is grooved on johns recommendation for a steel drum. Not sure I’m impressed.... I’m sure it’ll work, but I don’t like the “hokey” point where the band adjuster fits. I have a nice picture of a failed one from a friend :). Also remember when Shane Paulido snapped the one in his although I’m not sure his was welded.
The band I fried was a smooth lining like yours on a solid steel more robust steel frame.
Guess I’m no stranger to fixing my trans so we’ll give it a whirl...

and on a lighter more normal note, I’ll be sending my brand new Afco shocks back... too long by 3/4”. 22 days to my Irwindale debut, and so much stuff going wrong already.
