Shifters? Educate me!

Pro ratchet for me. Zero issues for me. I can flip the neutral release with my fingers and my palm still on the **** knob.
What I realy like is the fact that the shifter snaps right back to where it was. When I'm fully strapped in I DO NOT want the shifter moving away from me. I also dont want to think about shifting. I just bang the handle, it snaps right back and bang it again.

I'm not reaching for the handle or thinking about pulling the lever or moving out of the gate.

It just works for me.

The only down side is I had to buy the knob with the button. A.race shifter should have come out of the box with the button.
