Sgrip65, yes that plate mounts right where the old speaker mounted and it takee the same bolts. I had to revamp how it mounted with hole size because I didnt want to use a cheap speaker. I will have to try and find where I picked that plate up at. It was here or on Ebay. I'll see if I can locate where it came from.
