Stop in for a cup of coffee

My battery for the old cars that I use to jump others with wouldn't start anything during that real cold spell a few weeks ago... I brought it in to recharge it, and it was still pretty frozen... When it thawed out, it didn't need much recharging to get it to full charge...

Maybe it's just frozen... Try warming it up inside and see if it comes back...
I put a 20 amp charger on it for a half hour and it was at 80%. It's outside running now defrosting the windows. I'll test it in a bit. If it has a dead cell the tester will pick it up. A shorted cell usually not unless it's shorted when you test it. That's when I wish I had a carbon pile tester. Those will make a shorted cell act up for sure.
