I apologize if you feel that our Customer Service Department did not handle your issue in a satisfactory manner. But unfortunatley on all warranty claims warrant a copy of the invoice for Proof of Purchase. Unfortunately our paper records only go back 5 years and the Rep was unable to look your order up in the computer with the shipping zip code that you provided. If you can find your invoice please scan and send a copy to me and I will be more than happy to send you out a replacement bushing. As for the way that you were treated by the rep.
