Got manifold out by 1:00,been drilling one stud since then.

Never saw a stud so difficult to drill. I finally found a drill bit that looked beat, but it still had a factory edge. Brand new cobalt wouldnt touch it.
Oh, screw the easy-outs, i use torx bits. Most success with them. Just have to drill right size hole.
