most around here isn’t worth much. Most of the modern stuff yeah, but anything made pre-1980, not so much. And even the modern stuff after a few years is so tore up and worn out, it’s not worn but mere pennies of the original sales price. Now tractors themselves will hold a tad bit of value but discs, plows(nobody plows anymore), harrows, cultivators etc are pretty much worth only their weight in scrap steel. Which isn’t much. Combined with a lot of farmers around here always wondering when the next downturn in farming is, they tend to hold onto stuff for parts and emergencies for when times get dry
