Farming isn’t cheap anymore. Never really was. Think about this. The Hemi road runners and Cudas of 1970 were roughly 4,000 bucks. The one tractor we have, when purchased new in 1971, 56,000 dollars.
And the tractor is still being used? Good deal.....That is why farm stuff costs so much, they last a long time. That is why I am taken back by the abandoned stuff across the country.
