1964 Valiant "Get Runnin & Drivin"

OR a sheet of 18 ga at $50-60, cut off wheel, channel locks, hammer, something slid to beat on, a mig... who need to spend $250 plus shipping on a rear pan? Macon? Surely there is a steel fab shop, scrap pieces would be maybe $20 total?
