Seatbelt ticket

Wear your supplied belts. Teen at church just rolled his Subaru wagon with 3 girls in it at 1AM, all wearing seatbelts, none were even scratched except for a bump on the head of the driver. He will lose his license because he couldn't drive anyone around under 18, or drive past midnight for his first 6 months. Lucky he didnt kill anyone.
