A verification of what everybody knows already...

Thanks! That matches with what I've understood for years.

I just bought a 4-pin module to use as another spare, my last 4-pin replacement having lasted six years: The newly purchased NOS unit (not Mopar branded) did not work. The NOS module I bought did not match make/model/year-wise but that is not anything I've considered a problem in the past.

I was checking for backup when the seller says, 'No wonder it didn't work, you didn't put it in the car it was supposed to fit into.'

Please, Sir, may I have a REAL Standard LX101 or a REAL Blue Streak module? Maybe one that even has a REAL TO3 with a REAL 'M' badge on it? I'll pay in REAL $$! :)
