I almost can’t believe the difference...and I’m only halfway to my goal.

Wow bud that is awesome keep up the good work! I haven't weighed this week but last week I was down 4 pounds in 7 days I know with anything its gonna tip back and forth for a while but I'm happy with that number for week one.
