Scat Pack Cars

So, from what I've read here and elsewhere online, the only "requirement" for scat pack status (back in the day) was to be a Mopar and run 14.99 or lower quarter miles. I know it lists the Dart GTS up above, but probably because the stock /6's, 273's, and 318's back then weren't capable of turning those times. Now, with the advances and aftermarket parts we have, I'm sure there are plenty /6's that can run that, and there are "reasonable" 318's that are turning more HP that than the 340s and 383s then. Does that mean that my 69 four door 318 (after I do my top end rebuild and change the gears) will qualify for scat pack status? It's getting a stripe either way because I just want to have one, but from an official standpoint?
