Another thing you could look into is to contact Cass at Doctor Diff. I'm looking at converting over to big bolt pattern and disc brakes up front, but can't afford to do it all right now. He said he can get me a disc brake conversion for the front that has small bolt pattern rotors. Then when I'm ready to change bolt patterns, all I would have to do is swap out the front rotors when I change the rear axles.
My point is that he may have a disc brake rotor with the small bolt pattern you need to do your conversion. He did tell me that the conversion pushes the front wheels out 3/4" on each side, so you'd have to make sure your wheels and tires would still clear.
In my experience,... Cass knows his stuff about our Mopars and should be able to give you good advice!
