Ok I was thinking that the wheel wells should look like your inner fenders Fred , so am I obsessing to much over something people won’t see , I was going to skin them with short strand fiberglass in case of pinholes
Bondo works better for me or glazing puddy. Bondo is cheaper.
Not there so can't tell but are you using weld through primer on your over lap so all the un welded bare metal is coated?
